How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password” and follow the emailed link. If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, manage your login through your Apple ID settings instead.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Account, then choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also email us and we'll process the deletion for you.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Iterate subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Manage or cancel anytime from Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my workout data backed up?
Yes. Your data syncs securely to the cloud and across your devices when you're signed in, so you won't lose your history if you switch or reset your phone.
